Background Introduction:

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) awareness among people from all walks of life in European countries and the United States is strong. In China, CSR is growing in importance among many local enterprises. To fulfill CSR requirements is regarded as a prerequisite prior to exporting to European and American markets, more and more enterprises are required to be audited for purchasing orders.

• Brief Introduction of CSR Background / Current Situation / Development Tendency
• Brief Introduction of WCA Program
• Audit Process
• Key Points of WCA Audit Requirement: Labor, Wages and Working Hours, Health and Safety, Management System, Environment
• Key Points of Relevant Laws and Regulations
• Brief Summary / Q & A

Day 2:

• To practice on-site facility tour under the guidance of tutor, carry out real case study and learning

Award and Qualification:

Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will be awarded with Intertek Knowledge Center certificate (related training record can be traced online by the certificate number).
