Training Target:

The Program has been developed with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Audit which is becoming more important in the supply chain arena across the globe. It provides a set of skills for practitioners to evaluate corporate social responsibility issues systematically and holistically.

Training Content:

 Day1:  Generic                          

• Auditor Introduction: Audit preparation, Opening meeting, Employee interview, Document review, Facility tour, Closing meeting, CAPAR & Audit report writing 
• The exam for generic audit follows in the first day (written exam with open-book)

Day 2-4:  Program

• Introduction and definition of CSR Audi
• Common Audit Criteria and Standards; Obtaining Objective Evidence
• Code of Conduct Elements and Auditor Professionalism
• Overall Audit Workflow, On-site Audit Procedure and related tools
• Opening Meeting and Employee Interview
• Document Review regarding wages, working hours, social insurance and others
• Mock factory tour (health, safety and environment)
• Closing meeting, Corrective Action Plan Acknowledge Report (CAPAR) Writing and Audit Report Writing
• The exam for program audit follows in the fourth day (written exam with open-book)

4 Days

Award and Qualification: 

Upon successful completion of the training program and passed the exam, participants will be awarded a certificate of Completion "CPI Lead Auditor Training Course on Corporate Social Responsibility".
