Training Target:

The Program has been developed with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Audit which is becoming more important in the supply chain arena across the globe. It provides a set of skills for practitioners to evaluate corporate social responsibility issues systematically and holistically.

Training Content:

Day1: CPI Auditor Generic Course

• Auditor Introduction, Onsite Audit Processes in Detail: Opening Meeting (including Role Play), Document Review, Facility Tour, Employee Interview, Closing Meeting, CAPAR & Audit Report Writing
• The written exam for CPI auditor generic course (open-book)

Day 2-4: CSR Auditor Professional Course

• CSR Introduction
• Labor - Child Labor, Forced Labor, Discipline, Harassment or Abuse, Discrimination, Freedom of Association, Employment, Dispatched Employee, Interns, Working Hours, Wages and Benefits, Social Insurance, etc.
• Environment - Environmental Background Knowledge, Legal Environmental Requirement for Construction Project, EIA, Pollutant Discharge Permission, Environment Protection Acceptance Check, Pollutant Treatment and Disposal, etc.
• Health and Safety - Fire Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Chemical Safety, Food Safety, Building Safety, Machinery Safety, Special Appliance Safety, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment, First Aid, Dormitory, etc.
• Others - Business Ethics, Management System, Special Case Handling, Subcontracting
• Employee interview (including Role Play)
• Closing meeting - Role Play
• The written exam for CSR professional course (open-book)

Course Duration:4 Days

Award and Qualification:

Upon successful completion of the training program and passed the exam, participants will be awarded a certificate of Completion "CPI Lead Auditor Training Course on Corporate Social Responsibility".
